These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of takeiqtest.com and the services offered through it, including IQ tests, practice tools and AI chatbot coaching (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean RGO Paweł Wujec.
References to “you” or “user” mean the person using our Services.

2. Description of the Services

Through TakeIQTest.com we provide:

  • Online IQ tests and practice tests

  • Unlimited testing and practice for subscription members

  • A full result report for paid tests

  • An AI-powered chatbot focused on IQ tests and performance coaching

The details of each plan (free tests, paid reports, subscriptions and prices) are described on the Site and may change from time to time.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country), or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.

  • Use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Some parts of the Services require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Not share your account with others

  • Notify us promptly at support@takeiqtest.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Services.

5. Plans, Payments and Renewals

  1. Free Services
    We may offer a free IQ test or other free features. We may change or discontinue free features at any time.

  2. Paid Tests and Subscriptions

    • Some features (such as full test reports or unlimited access) require payment.

    • Prices and available plans are shown on the Site.

    • When you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. Renewal terms are shown at checkout.

  3. Payment Processing
    Payments are processed by third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees.

  4. Cancellations and Refunds

    • You can cancel a subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

    • Except where required by law or explicitly stated on the Site, fees are non-refundable.

    • Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply in your country remain unaffected.

  5. Price Changes
    We may change prices in the future. Price changes will not affect current billing periods. We will notify you in advance if your next renewal will be at a different price and give you the opportunity to cancel.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any unlawful or fraudulent way

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack or overload the Site

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services

  • Share your test questions or answers publicly in a way that harms the integrity of our tests

  • Use the Services to create competing products or to train AI models without our written permission

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, harassing or infringes the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated this clause.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, questions, explanations, software and design – is owned by or licensed to RGO Paweł Wujec and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Test Results and Disclaimer

Our IQ tests and tools are designed to give a general indication of your cognitive abilities and performance on IQ-style tasks. However:

  • Results are estimates based on your responses and are influenced by many factors (e.g. environment, stress, familiarity with question types).

  • Our tests do not constitute a clinical or psychological assessment.

  • They are not a medical diagnosis and should not be used for any medical, psychiatric, educational or employment decision without consulting appropriate professionals.

The AI coach provides general guidance and educational information only. It does not provide medical, psychological or legal advice.

If you have concerns about your mental health or cognitive abilities, you should consult a qualified professional.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  2. We do not guarantee that:

    • The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted

    • Test results will be perfectly accurate or suitable for every purpose

    • The Site will be compatible with every device or browser

  3. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Services during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, with reasonable notice where feasible, if:

  • You materially breach these Terms

  • We are required to do so by law or a competent authority

  • We discontinue the Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Some provisions (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts.

Otherwise, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Site and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we may notify you by email or through the Site.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them.
